Store Policies

Customer Care:

We are dedicated to providing you superb customer care while offering you unique goodies from across the world at an affordable price. This includes getting your goodies to you in the fastest and safest way possible in the condition you expect them to be in, responding positively in the most effective and efficient way we can, and responding to your questions and concerns in a timely manner.


We have a handling time of 1-4 business days for in-stock items. We usually ship USPS First Class, Priority and Parcel Select, which usually takes between 1-8 business days.  Occasionally,  we use FedEx or UPS for bulkier items. Tracking is usually provided through automated Wix shipment notifications. Pre-orders will ship in the same manner when they are available. Check approximate pre-order availability dates in their respective listing descriptions. If you believe there are any problems with your shipment or would like a particular service to ship your goodies, please contact us.


Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be in the condition they were sent in. If you decide to return within the 60 day period, please contact us.

Membership Loyalty Rewards Program Points:

Points and Rewards you accumulate in the Program are not your personal property and they have no monetary value. You may not obtain any money in exchange for Points or Rewards, except as required by applicable law. Your membership in the Program and any Points, Rewards, or other benefits you accumulate in the Program are non-transferable (including to other Program members). In any area where the Program or these policies/Terms and Conditions are void due to law, MiscGoodies may elect at its discretion to no longer offer the Program. Program membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of MiscGoodies. We reserve the right, without limitation, to terminate the Program, or change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time. If we decide to terminate or discontinue the Program, any Points and Rewards remaining in your Program account that have not been used or redeemed by the effective date of termination will be forfeited, except as required by applicable law.

You must be a member to earn points. If you earn points for a purchase but must return the item(s) you purchased, any points earned from that purchase may be taken away. MiscGoodies is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by members while participating in the Program.

Privacy & Safety:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
